To provide a framework for a creative writing community in Luxembourg with the aims of:

  • showcasing creative writing talent

  • mentoring members by helping them to develop their proficiency and learn new skills

  • offering learning and networking events

Vision

To provide a safe and nurturing eco-system for people to emerge, grow, blossom and branch out through creative writing endeavours

Our activities

Writers Who Talk has been meeting as an informal group since 2016. As an association we will continue to offer opportunities and organise events:-

  • Regular online "Lit Crit" meetings where members and guests can read, share and get feedback on their creative writing pieces

  • Poetry meetups to discover and discuss works by well-known poets

  • Showcases where members can read their original texts

  • Workshops on writing-related topics (e.g. storytelling, poetry, dialogue)

  • Presentations and Q&As on connected topics (e.g. podcasts, publishing, illustration)

  • Writing marathons

  • Social gatherings

  • Writing retreats
